Our Story

Welcome to Inside World Class Coaching!

I created Inside World Class Coaching for two reasons. First, to serve as a resource for high school and college coaches as they develop their “art of coaching”; and second, to give back to sport related non-profit causes.

After years of coaching and steeping myself in the study of Sports Science, I realized that X’s and O’s go only so far in building success on and off the court. I knew there was more to coaching than science. The missing link is the art and craft of coaching.

Coaches generally develop their art over time through trial and error. Who suffers for our errors? All involved – coaches, athletes, parents and spouses!

Inside World Class Coaching exists to share best practices from the masters in coaching – those legendary coaches who are consistently successful on the court, in the classroom and in the community. The goal is to demystify the art and craft of coaching by exploring what master coaches do to build success on a daily basis.

In addition I am passionate about giving back. A portion of the proceeds from Inside World Class Coaching will be donated to sport related non-profit causes, such as the Positive Coaching Alliance and the Boys and Girls Club.
